For cooking  instructions YouTube is just wonderful. There are tons and tons of cooking recipes, how to’s in every language. I love The Hungarian recipes because it’s just fun for me to listen to my mother language and watch different people cook my childhood dishes. Many dishes start with a mirepoix, I know that is a French word but it makes almost all dishes a great delicious base.

I found this wonderful link for a “mirepoix”  and it’s in English. Basically carrots, celery & onions chopped according to what you’re making.
